Bodyweight Workout

Simple, quick and effective bodyweight workouts should be a staple to your diet. If you can make a spare 20 to 30 minutes each day then you can get great results from blasting one of these out.

Workout 1 

  • 15 x pressups
  • 15 x squats
  • 15 x situps

AMRAP in 20 minutes

Workout 2

  • 100 x pullups
  • 100 x push ups
  • 100 x situps
  • 100 x squats

For time.

Workout 3

  • 5 x pullups
  • 10 x pushups
  • 15 x squats

EMOM = Every Minute on the Minute for 30 minutes

There you go, 3 easy go to bodyweight workouts, that you can do literally anywhere. You can do these on your off days or on a AM/PM split, depending how hard you train during your martial arts session. Listen to your body. Eat well. Rest when you need to. Don’t be afraid to go hard.
