As a self-defence center we include the practice of using everyday use objects to maximise self-defence ability in often unpredictable situations of threat. These practices are treated as a supplement to the base provided by hand-to-hand and groundfighting.
Kids Classes
Our Little Dragons Program is a developmental class for children ages 5-9 that concentrates on self defence and modern combatives techniques, strength/balance/flexibility training and discipline/focus/listening skills. This is a great class for young children to be exposed to self defence training as well as a physical activity that will improve their bodies and their minds.
